M2: MILLIONAIRE Matrix gets you on the path to Riches!

M2: MILLIONAIRE MATRIX is the foundation of wealth building. It demonstrates some of the key concepts that the 50 millionaires and 2 billionaires showed me. Basically it takes 3 major concepts and puts them in to focus:

1. Vehicles for Wealth Building.

We can use any vehicle to reach M2 (Multi-Millionaire) status. Business, Real Estate or Stocks strategies work. We just have to learn them and apply them. Each area has cash flow strategies, growth, speculation, and tax advantages. Example. The GO Zone (Government incentive to buy in houses in certain areas of the country), is a great long term, growth strategy (can be a cash flow play) but the real benefit of these strategy, is TAX savings and or getting money back form past tax payments! Over time we want to apply strategies in each area. Cash Flow from the stock market. Cash Flow from Real Estate. Cash Flow from Business. Multiple sources of cash flow. Therefore, not relying on our JOB (just over broke) to pay the bills. Of course we want growth for our long term retirement.

2. Balance Approach.

I believe in the 45/45/10 concept. 45 percent of our investments, should be in cash flow strategies. 45 percent in growth strategies. And less than 10 percent in speculation. One of the challenges for most folks is GREED. They see the Big Win and risk more capital, percentage in to the speculation side of the fence Quite often loosing money, in a risky speculative investment. GET wealthy slowly. Build it over time. Use sound, proven strategies that build wealth, like: Tax Liens, Credit Spreads, Covered Calls, Commercial real estate and more.

Now that does not mean settle for less. For example, I have a PERSONAL rule. Do not receive less than 15% rate of return per year on any investment. Why. 3. Tax Saving & Asset Protection.

Yes. We must work on Making MONEY. M2. Building wealth. At the same time, we want to make money with TAX savings and asset protection in mind. Each area: Business, Real Estate and Stocks has specific tax rates, and protection strategies, we should consider. For example. Should we trade in corporation or LLC? Would that lower my tax rate? And or protect my assets? How do you grow real estate without paying (or deferring capital gains). May be by doing a 1031 exchange. You must know tax strategies. In fact on of my mentors said. One third to One half your wealth will come from tax strategies. True. If the average family earns 2 Million dollars in their life time about 1/3 of that is taxes. That is 600k! If we shave off a few percentage points, we can SAVE a huge amount of money.
